These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ERODIOS DOO, Partizanski Put 78, Vranje, Serbia ("we", "us"). They apply to the Solvera Security app (the "App"), formerly Forteya Security App, and to this website. By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. What the App does
The App offers WebShield and AdBlock, an SMS filter, Identity Monitoring for email addresses, a password strength check and Wi-Fi Security, an encrypted VPN connection. The App does not scan your device and does not detect or remove viruses or malware. No tool can block every unsafe website or unwanted message, and Identity Monitoring can only report breaches that appear in publicly known breach data.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the App, or try to get around its technical limits.
3. Acceptable use of Wi-Fi Security
You may not use Wi-Fi Security to break the law or to:
- send spam or carry out phishing;
- attack, probe or gain unauthorised access to networks or devices;
- distribute malware;
- infringe the intellectual property of others;
- overload or disrupt our servers.
We may limit or end access for anyone who does. You are responsible for following the laws of the country you are in when you use a VPN connection.
4. Subscriptions
Paid features are offered as weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. The weekly plan may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
5. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where these Terms do not cover a matter, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the App, change or remove features, or change our servers. We do not promise that the App or any server will always be available or free of errors.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Using the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
